Hi, I'm Amy.
I’m a communications strategist, content creator and writer from London, based in Naarm/Melbourne.
I tell stories that connect a defined audience and a brand or organisation.
I’ve done this in many industries – from my first job in the Guardian’s press office, in media and entertainment at Sky, in the arts at the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) in tertiary education in Monash University’s Art, Design and Architecture Faculty, to leading commercial real estate and investment firm, CBRE.
I’ve always loved words. Words are powerful: they carry energy, ideas and influence. As the great Margaret Atwood wrote, ‘a word after a word after a word is power’.[1]

Libraries – they are the single most underrated achievements of our modern society. Hot tip: if you are a library member you can also access magazines and audiobooks for free from the comfort of your digital device. (Download the app ‘Libby’ or ‘Borrow Box’). You’re welcome.

My prescription swimming goggles. Yes, they are a thing. And yes, they are amazing.
